Come hear how digital technologies are transforming the marketing of real estate from a panel of industry professionals.

Attend this panel discussion on Thursday, October 26, from 9 – 10:30 AM, featuring prominent Capital Region real estate professionals: Anthony Gucciardo, Judi Gabler, Miguel Berger, and Rob Cibelli. The event is hosted by the American Marketing Association New York Capital Region chapter at the offices of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR). This expert panel of realtors, and real estate professionals will discuss the changing role of the realtor in the age of digital technology. So, if you want to find out how the digital age has, and is, changing the marketing of real estate and the role of the realtor, then this panel discussion will be an unmissable part of your day.

For a long time, the realtor’s maxim has always been, ‘location, location, location!’ But the advent of digital technologies and social media have transformed many industries and not least the dynamic and ever-changing business of real estate. In recent years, Realtors have had to embrace these new technologies, from online listing platforms, such as Zillow and Trulia, to the use of social media as a way to engage buyers and sellers, and also virtual reality tours. In the future, augmented reality (AR), drones, and other technologies will present new and exciting challenges to the realtor.

Panelists include:

•Anthony Gucciardo of Gucciardo Real Estate Group

•Judi Gabler of the Gabler Real Estate Team at RealtyUSA

•Miguel Berger of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Tech Valley

•Rob Cibelli, Digital Account Manager with Hearst Digital Agency

Breakfast and beverages will be available from 9 AM and the panel discussion will be from 9:30 – 10:30 AM.
